Natural Gas Furnace for Extra-Long Aluminum Billets

Product Overview

This customized 15-ton natural gas homogenizing system is specifically designed for homogenization heat treatment of extra-long aluminum billets up to 6500mm in length. The complete production system comprises three core components: main heating furnace, specialized cooling chamber, and 3D transfer cart, enabling fully automated cyclic production workflow.

Heating System

The main heating furnace features three-zone independent temperature control with six natural gas combustion nozzles for uniform heat distribution. Three high-efficiency circulating fans provide over 30 cubic meters per second air volume each, ensuring consistent temperature throughout the furnace cavity.

Cooling System

Equipped with 27 high-power cooling fans, the system achieves rapid cooling rates of ≥300℃ per hour. Complete cooling cycles are finished in approximately two hours, meeting stringent metallurgical industry specifications.

Transfer System

The 3D transfer cart features a 15+ ton load capacity with 8000mm maximum travel distance. Primary and secondary transfer trolleys operate at 7.5 meters per minute using combined electro-hydraulic drive for stable, vibration-free billet transportation.

Control & Power

Centered on a programmable logic controller (PLC), the system provides intelligent automatic control for unmanned cyclic operation. Standard industrial power supply includes 380V three-phase AC and 220V single-phase AC.
