Product Description

PLC Controlled Homogenizing Furnace Factory Natural Gas Furnace Wholesaler

Product introduction

This customized 15-ton natural gas homogenizing system is specially developed to conduct homogenization heat treatment on extra-long aluminum billets with a maximum length of 6500mm. The complete production system consists of three core components: a main heating furnace, a special-purpose cooling chamber, and a 3D transfer cart. The coordinated operation of all supporting equipment realizes a fully automated cyclic production workflow for standardized aluminum processing.

The main heating furnace adopts a three-zone independent temperature control structure and is fitted with six natural gas combustion nozzles to ensure sufficient and uniform heat supply. Three high-efficiency circulating fans are configured inside the furnace, with each unit delivering an air volume of over 30 cubic meters per second, which effectively achieves uniform temperature distribution throughout the furnace cavity. The system is designed for a maximum working temperature of 610℃, with precise temperature control accuracy maintained within a ±5℃ error range. Typically, the heating and temperature holding process for aluminum billets to meet standard homogenization requirements takes 3 to 5 hours. Powered by natural gas fuel with a calorific value of 8400 kcal per cubic meter, the equipment boasts low energy consumption, with a fuel consumption rate of approximately 30 cubic meters per ton of aluminum processed. Its daily operational processing capacity reaches 30 to 40 tons of aluminum billets.

The matched cooling system is equipped with 27 high-power cooling fans, enabling a rapid cooling rate of no less than 300℃ per hour. The entire cooling cycle can be completed in about two hours, fully meeting the stringent cooling specifications of the metallurgical industry. The supporting 3D transfer cart features a rated load capacity exceeding 15 tons and a maximum walking stroke of over 8000mm. Both the primary and secondary transfer trolleys operate at a constant speed of 7.5 meters per minute. Adopting a combined electro-hydraulic driving mode, the equipment ensures stable, vibration-free transportation of aluminum billets during full-load operation.

Centered on a programmable logic controller (PLC), the entire production line is equipped with an intelligent automatic control system for unmanned cyclic operation. The equipment supports conventional industrial power supply, including 380V three-phase alternating current and 220V single-phase alternating current. With outstanding operational stability, high production efficiency and low energy consumption, this integrated furnace and cooling system serves as an optimal and cost-effective solution for medium-scale aluminum billet homogenization production projects.

FAQ

How to choose between electric heating homogenization furnace and gas-fired homogenization furnace, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of their respective operations?

1. Electric heating homogenization furnace: temperature control accuracy ± 3 ℃, no exhaust gas emissions, no need to lay gas pipelines, low environmental impact assessment threshold for the factory building; The disadvantage is that the cost of electricity consumption per ton is high, and the heating rate of large capacity furnaces is slow, which is suitable for small-scale production capacity, strict environmental control in industrial parks, and factories without natural gas supporting facilities.

2. Gas homogenization furnace: fast heating speed, low unit heat treatment energy consumption cost, suitable for large-scale continuous production; The disadvantages are the need for supporting gas pipelines, regular exhaust gas testing, daily maintenance of burners, and compliance with gas explosion-proof regulations in the factory building.
