Product introduction

 
This 15-ton natural gas homogenizing system is custom-built for the homogenization heat treatment of long aluminum billets up to 6500mm in length. The whole production unit is composed of a main heating furnace, dedicated cooling chamber and 3D transfer trolley. All devices work together to form a fully automatic cyclic production line for aluminum material processing.
 
The main furnace is divided into three separate temperature control areas and equipped with six gas combustion nozzles. Three high-performance circulating fans are installed inside, each with an air flow exceeding 30 cubic meters per second, which can create even heat distribution across the entire furnace chamber. The device supports a maximum operating temperature of 610℃, and the temperature control error is kept within ±5℃. It generally takes 3 to 5 hours for aluminum billets to reach the required homogenization temperature. Using natural gas with a calorific value of 8400 kcal per cubic meter as fuel, the equipment features low fuel consumption at around 30 cubic meters per ton of aluminum. Its daily processing capacity is between 30 and 40 tons.
 
The supporting cooling unit is fitted with 27 cooling fans. It can deliver a cooling speed of no less than 300℃ per hour, and the whole cooling procedure can be finished in roughly two hours, fully complying with professional metallurgical cooling standards. The 3D transport vehicle has a rated load of over 15 tons and a maximum travel distance of more than 8000mm. Both the main and auxiliary trolleys travel at a speed of 7.5 meters per minute. The hybrid hydraulic and electric driving structure guarantees stable material delivery during operation.
 
The whole production line adopts automatic control system with programmable logic controller as the core. The power supply adopts conventional 380V three-phase electricity and 220V single-phase electricity. Featuring stable running status, high working efficiency and low energy loss, this integrated furnace system is a practical choice for medium-sized aluminum billet homogenization production projects.
