Product Introduction

This homogenizing furnace serves to refine grain structure of aluminum ingots and remove residual internal stresses generated during casting. Equipped with high-temperature axial circulation fans and low-NOx gas burners, the unit fully satisfies the fast heating demands of mass aluminum processing.

Its independent cooling station is fitted with multiple high-airflow axial fans paired with a water mist cooling system, delivering outstanding rapid cooling performance.

Operation Process:

Aluminum cast ingots are cut by sawing equipment and placed onto special stacking frames
3D transport trolley activates to hoist the full stack of frames and workpieces
Furnace gate opens automatically and loaded trolley moves into furnace cavity
Integrated hydraulic mechanism lowers material frames steadily
Trolley withdraws, furnace door shuts tightly, and heating procedure initiates
Entire homogenization cycle runs under fully automatic control

Cooling Process:

Upon completion, furnace door unlocks and 3D transfer trolley returns
Hydraulic unit lifts stacked frames holding aluminum billets
Trolley pulls materials out and shifts to cooling compartment
High-capacity axial fans swiftly dissipate heat from aluminum stock
Supplementary water mist cooling available for faster heat removal
Cooling system reduces billet surface temperature to approximately 50°C
