Product introduction

This homogenizing furnace serves to refine grain structure of aluminum ingots and remove residual internal stresses generated during casting. Equipped with high-temperature axial circulation fans and low-NOx gas burners, the unit fully satisfies the fast heating demands of mass aluminum processing. Its independent cooling station is fitted with multiple high-airflow axial fans paired with a water mist cooling system, delivering outstanding rapid cooling performance.
 
Once aluminum cast ingots are cut by sawing equipment, operators place them onto special stacking frames on the feeding platform, with supporting spacers separating every layer of billets. After finishing material loading, the 3D transport trolley activates to hoist the full stack of frames and workpieces. The furnace gate then opens automatically, and the loaded trolley moves along built-in rails into the furnace cavity. The integrated hydraulic mechanism lowers the material frames steadily, after which the trolley withdraws along the rails. The furnace door shuts tightly, and the heating procedure initiates immediately. The entire homogenization cycle runs under fully automatic control following customized thermal treatment recipes.
 
Upon completion of constant-temperature soaking, the furnace door unlocks again. The 3D transfer trolley rolls back into the furnace along the tracks, and its hydraulic unit lifts the stacked frames holding aluminum billets. The trolley then pulls all materials out of the heating chamber and shifts to the cooling compartment before entering it. High-capacity axial fans installed on both sides of the cooling station swiftly dissipate heat from the aluminum stock. A supplementary water mist cooling function can be activated concurrently for faster heat removal if required. This cooling setup can bring the billet surface temperature down to approximately 50 degrees Celsius.
