Product Overview
The 10-ton aluminum melting furnace is professionally developed to smelt high-quality aluminum alloy molten liquid, which serves as the core feeding material for downstream casting production equipment. It stably provides qualified molten aluminum to ensure the continuous and standardized operation of the subsequent casting process.
Operators can load proportioned aluminum ingots and recycled aluminum scraps into the furnace chamber through forklift handling or manual feeding methods. After the feeding process is completed, the regenerative combustion device is started to initiate the aluminum material melting operation. In the melting process, surface slag will float on the top layer of the molten liquid, while the effective alloy materials sink and gather at the bottom of the furnace.
When the temperature of the aluminum alloy molten liquid is close to the preset production standard, operators will perform initial component calibration and surface slag removal at the furnace mouth, and precisely adjust the molten liquid temperature to reach the qualified production range.
Subsequently, secondary precise component tuning, comprehensive slag cleaning and alloy refining treatments are implemented to further optimize the quality of the molten aluminum. Throughout the whole process, the intelligent combustion system automatically and stably controls the temperature of the molten liquid to avoid temperature fluctuation and ensure consistent product quality.
After passing quality inspection, the refined qualified aluminum alloy molten liquid can be output to the casting process for formal batch production.
