Natural gas or heavy oil aluminum melting furnace 15tons


Product introduction

This 15-ton melting unit acts as the key frontline equipment to supply qualified molten aluminum for downstream casting machines. Prior to charging, raw aluminum ingots and recycled aluminum scraps are blended in a predefined proportion. The compound materials are then delivered and loaded into the furnace by forklifts or manual work.
 
Once feeding work is finished, operators activate the regenerative heating system to melt the mixed raw materials. During the melting cycle, staff carry out dross removal and material homogenization around the furnace outlet. When the molten alloy rises to the preliminary working temperature, on-site personnel conduct basic component adjustment and secondary slag cleaning. Meanwhile, they fine-tune the liquid temperature to meet primary production standards.
 
After further heating to the target value, the molten metal goes through a series of rigorous procedures, including precise ingredient calibration, complete dross elimination and deep alloy refining. The integrated combustion system works continuously to stabilize the temperature of molten aluminum within the required range.
Only the molten alloy that fully complies with all technical specifications can be transferred to the subsequent casting procedures for mass production.

FAQ

What are the requirements for civil engineering foundation?

 

The foundation shall be poured with C30 concrete with a thickness of no less than 200mm. Reserve embedded parts and pipelines. Sufficient maintenance space shall be reserved around the furnace.
