The Dual Fuel Regenerative Burner System is engineered for aluminum melting furnace applications, including aluminum alloy melting, adjustment, and holding processes. This system features an oil and gas dual-purpose regenerative burner structure, utilizing two burners with regenerative heat storage units to recover exhaust heat and preheat combustion air during operation.

Main Features
Dual Fuel Capability
The regenerative burner supports both natural gas and heavy oil operation. This dual fuel design provides flexibility for aluminum melting plants with different energy supply conditions.
Regenerative Heat Recovery Design
The system uses two burners working alternately. During operation, one burner performs combustion while the other burner recovers exhaust heat through the regenerative heat storage unit. The recovered heat is used for combustion air preheating.
The regenerative unit uses high alumina heat storage balls with an alumina content of ≥75%, providing the heat storage structure required for regenerative combustion operation.

The burner system is equipped with PLC control functions, including:
