This industrial furnace system features a box-type forced air circulation gas furnace with integrated cooling chamber, designed for homogenizing processes in manufacturing applications.
The furnace body is constructed as a box structure welded from high-quality steel plates and section steels. It employs plug-in front and back welding between section steels, providing exceptional strength that exceeds the requirements of GB50205-2011 (Code for Welding of Steel Structures) and GB50661-2001 (Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures).
The furnace wall, bottom (including track and charging tray), and top utilize double-layer steel plates filled with insulation materials fixed with anchors. The outer shell is constructed from Q235-A δ 5mm steel plate reinforced with channel steel above 16#, employing continuous air-tight welding to ensure superior strength, rigidity, and air-tightness.
The inner wall features SUS304 heat-resistant stainless steel plate in a lapped and assembled structure with 2mm thickness, fixed to the outer wall plate with anchors. Thermal insulation includes 300mm thick aluminum silicate fiber needle felt (aluminum silicate fiber blanket and rock wool board), while the furnace bottom incorporates 300mm thick refractory brick and thermal insulation brick to optimize thermal performance.
Two rows of columns fabricated on both sides of the furnace bottom provide robust structural support. These columns are welded from steel plates or steel pipes with 10mm thickness, spaced approximately 1 meter apart to ensure sufficient strength and longevity for continuous high-temperature operation.
The furnace shell steel plate receives two layers of anti-rust paint treatment and is finished with silver paint after assembly completion.
