This natural gas hydraulic tilting furnace is a practical and reliable device dedicated to melting and holding aluminum and aluminum alloys. It integrates melting, slag removal, alloy blending and molten metal output into one set, perfectly matching various aluminum casting production lines. The sturdy steel shell and multi-layer refractory lining are elaborately manufactured to withstand harsh high-temperature working conditions and reduce maintenance frequency.

Matched with high-efficiency regenerative burners, the furnace makes full use of waste heat from flue gas. It features low fuel consumption, low NOx emission and high thermal efficiency, complying with international environmental standards. The flexible hydraulic tilting mechanism allows operators to adjust the tilting speed and angle freely according to casting demands, ensuring steady flow of molten aluminum and avoiding splashing. The flow control accuracy reaches ±2mm, which greatly stabilizes the follow-up casting quality.

All operating parameters are displayed and adjusted on the intuitive touch screen. FAQ

1.What are the requirements for the civil foundation of installing a smelting furnace in a new workshop?

The equipment needs to be poured with C30 concrete foundation with a thickness of ≥ 200mm, and pre embedded parts and pipeline channels should be reserved; Reserve maintenance space around the furnace body, and lay gas pipelines, power supply lines, circulating water and compressed air pipelines according to standards.

2.What are the parameter requirements for natural gas sources?

It is required that the calorific value of natural gas be ≥ 8400kcal/m ³, the supply pressure be stable at 0.08-0.1MPa, and the main pipeline adopt DN80 specification. It is recommended to install filters and pressure regulating valves at the front end of the pipeline to ensure stable supply of gas.
