Customized small aluminum melting furnace 3tons for billet casting


Product introduction

This 3-ton aluminum melting unit serves as the front-end facility to supply qualified molten aluminum alloy for subsequent casting equipment.
 
Workers first blend aluminum ingots with recycled aluminum scraps at a preset proportion. The mixed raw materials are then loaded into the furnace either by forklift or manual handling. After feeding, the regenerative combustion unit of the furnace is activated to start the heating and melting process. During operation, floating dross will gather on the liquid surface while alloy substances settle near the furnace threshold.
 
Once the molten alloy reaches the preliminary target temperature, operators conduct basic composition adjustment and rough deslagging at the furnace outlet. Meanwhile, they regulate the liquid temperature to meet primary process standards.
 
After the temperature stabilizes again, workers carry out fine-tuning on alloy components, complete thorough deslagging and deep refining. The combustion system works continuously to maintain the molten metal at the exact temperature required by production rules.
After passing all inspection and process standards, the molten aluminum alloy will be delivered to the casting station for the next production procedure.
