Energy Saving Mass Combustion System for Aluminum Melting

The mass combustion system employs in-furnace mixing and matching, utilizing air ducts to control the fire ducts, allowing the fire ducts to disperse and rotate within the furnace. This increases the temperature inside the furnace, achieving certain melting and heat retention effects, with low nitrogen content, reduced burning loss, and a relatively low carbon dioxide content.

Monthly: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the lining thickness/cracks; calibrate the casting speed and traction synchronization; replace aged sealing rings/gaskets.
