The Regenerative Burner System is a high-temperature industrial combustion solution designed for aluminum melting furnace applications, including aluminum alloy melting, adjustment, and holding processes. The system adopts a dual fuel regenerative burner structure, recovering exhaust heat through regenerative storage units and using stored thermal energy for combustion air preheating and combustion process management.

The system is suitable for aluminum processing plants, aluminum casting production lines, and non-ferrous metal melting industries. It integrates regenerative burners, heat storage units, PLC control system, flame detection devices, and temperature monitoring components for continuous industrial furnace operation.

Application Design for Aluminum Melting Furnace

During aluminum melting operations, furnace heat distribution, combustion control, and operating conditions are important factors in industrial furnace design. The regenerative burner system uses two burners operating alternately. One burner performs combustion while the other burner recovers exhaust heat through the heat storage unit. After switching, the stored heat is reused for combustion air preheating to complete the regenerative cycle.

The burners are installed on the upper side wall of the aluminum melting furnace. The installation design helps optimize hot gas circulation and improve heat distribution in the melting area.
