Product introduction

The cooling chamber is assembled with multiple core functional components, including a protective outer shell, cooling ventilation fans, atomizing spray pipelines and top exhaust assemblies, forming a complete and efficient cooling processing unit.
The air cooling module is configured with two axial flow fans mounted on both sides of the chamber body. During operation, the dual-side fans deliver continuous airflow into the cooling chamber, and the hot air is exhausted out of the furnace through the top exhaust duct. This circulating air convection mode realizes fast and uniform cooling of aluminum billets. The fan impellers are made of Q235A carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating treated on the outer surface, ensuring wear resistance and long service life in harsh working environments.
