Winch‑type Casting Machine of 4 Inch Aluminum Billet
Product introduction
The winch‑type casting machine is of rail‑free steel‑wire‑rope design. The supply scope covers the winch assembly (drum, reducer, pulleys, steel wire ropes, etc.), sinking tank, wellhead frame, tilting mechanism, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic system and electric control system.
The winch provides a travel of over 12 m. It adopts a single‑drum configuration with four steel wire ropes. The casting‑machine drum is fabricated by assembling and welding Φ219 seamless pipes (wall thickness δ=30 mm). It is supplied with 100 m of Φ16 mm heavy‑duty multi‑strand full‑steel‑core steel wire ropes. Stainless‑steel bolts are used for rope‑length adjustment. The maximum load‑bearing capacity of the casting machine reaches 18 tons under high‑water‑level conditions. The motor power is 5.5 kW. The centre‑to‑centre dimension of the worm‑gear reducer is 200 mm, and that of the gear reducer is 500 mm.
The wellhead frame is built from 250×100×10 square tubes and 25 mm steel plates. Four main pulleys of the winch are mounted inside the wellhead frame; each main pulley features a double‑bearing structure with bearing model 6210. The tilting base and tilting arm are installed on the wellhead frame. The water‑inlet joint is fixedly mounted on the wellhead frame with a nominal size of 5‑inch.
The tilting mechanism is driven by the hydraulic system. Hydraulic cylinders and pumps are domestically‑manufactured products, while major hydraulic valves are sourced from a Taiwan‑based manufacturer.
Items excluded from the supply of this casting equipment: water pumps, water pipes, butterfly valves, water pools, cooling towers, deep wells, embedded parts, water filters, aluminum‑receiving ladles and civil‑engineering works.
