Process description

This gas-powered tilting furnace adopts a hydraulic driving structure, serving as an all-in-one solution for melting, heat retention and processing of aluminum and its alloys. It can work seamlessly with diverse aluminum casting lines and satisfy multiple production requirements including dross removal and alloy modification during operation. The whole unit features a robust outer frame built from thick steel plates. Its interior is lined with multi-layer refractory materials processed with sophisticated techniques, which enables the equipment to operate steadily under long-term extreme high-temperature conditions and cuts down routine maintenance work effectively.
 
Paired with high-performance regenerative combustion assemblies, the system recycles waste heat contained in exhaust fumes to maximize energy utilization. It boasts low gas consumption and minimal nitrogen oxide discharge, fully complying with international environmental regulations. The hydraulic tilting structure delivers flexible movement. Operators can adjust the tilting angle and rotation speed freely based on actual casting needs, so molten aluminum can flow out stably without splashing.
