Product introduction
This hot top casting dedicated cooling water tank is a core supporting component of the aluminum and aluminum alloy long bar casting production line. It is specially matched with multiple specifications of crystallizers to form a complete casting platform. It plays a key role in water circulation distribution and temperature control throughout the solidification and forming process of aluminum liquid, and is the core equipment for controlling the appearance quality and internal metallographic structure of aluminum bars.
The main body of the equipment is made of high-strength carbon steel plate welded together. The entire processing flow includes four steps: overall welding, hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion prevention, artificial aging stress relief, and CNC precision milling. It avoids common problems such as plate deformation and weld leakage under long-term operation in high-temperature water environment from the root. The cavity adopts a partitioned waterway layout, combined with a multi-stage diversion structure, which can achieve balanced water flow throughout the entire area. Combined with layered cooling technology, it meets the two major process requirements of rapid cooling in the early stage and uniform solidification in the later stage.
The equipment comes standard with a composite sealing structure and a leakage warning module. The sealing components are made of high-temperature resistant special rubber, which can withstand long-term alternating cold and hot working conditions. The precision of the box processing is high, and it can adapt to the layout of densely packed cast bars. It is compatible with mainstream mold specifications such as 4 inches, 5 inches, and 6 inches, and is suitable for the casting conditions of 6m and 6.5m ultra long aluminum bars. The equipment incorporates specialized structural design to prevent bulletproof jumping and tail collapse, effectively reducing the proportion of defective products such as cracks and bends in the cast bars.
The product can be customized according to the customer's production line tonnage, casting rod quantity, and on-site pipeline layout, and is suitable for the full process ingot production line composed of 20T to 45T series melting and insulation units. The equipment has a stable structure, convenient daily maintenance, and a long comprehensive service life, making it the preferred supporting equipment for the melting and casting process of large and medium-sized aluminum processing enterprises.
