The main components of the cooling chamber include the shell, cooling fan, spray pipe, exhaust device, etc.
This cooling room has three independent systems, namely: air cooling system, water cooling system, and a combination of water mist and air cooling.
The air cooling system consists of two sets of axial flow fans installed next to the cooling chamber. When the fans are turned on, air enters the cooling chamber from both sides and is then discharged from the furnace through the exhaust pipe at the top of the cooling chamber to achieve rapid cooling of the aluminum bars. The water cooling system adopts sprinkler heads and is equipped with a water filtration system to prevent clogging of the nozzles. When installing, pay attention to the drainage angle and add a set of normally open return valves at a low position to prevent icing in winter and achieve rapid cooling.
