Product Description

Hot air circulation box type natural gas homogenizing furnace

Product introduction

Designed exclusively for aluminum billet homogenization treatment, this 20-ton natural gas homogenizing system includes a gas furnace, cooling chamber and integrated transport trolley. It can rectify uneven chemical composition and internal defects of aluminum billets, and significantly enhance the processing performance of finished aluminum products, with a daily output of about 60 tons.

The main furnace is configured with three temperature zones, six high-speed gas burners and three heat-resistant stainless steel circulation fans with dual-speed design. It maintains a temperature accuracy of ±5℃ all the time, with the maximum operating temperature up to 620℃. A complete heating process takes 4-6 hours. Powered by natural gas (8400 kcal/m³), the fuel consumption is less than 30 m³ per ton of aluminum. The robust furnace shell is welded by steel profiles and plates, and filled with high-performance refractory materials for great heat preservation. The electric furnace door with sealing and locking structures ensures airtight running.

The matching 20-ton cooling chamber is equipped with cooling fans and water mist spraying devices. It delivers a cooling rate higher than 300℃/h. Aluminum billets at 580℃ can be cooled to 100℃ in just 2 hours, which keeps the perfect solid solution state of 606 aluminum alloy.

With a 20-ton load capacity, the hydraulic-driven transport trolley moves at 7.5 m/min. The whole line adopts PLC automatic control and color touch screen operation. It pre-stores dozens of heating curves, and is equipped with real-time temperature record and over-temperature protection functions. With stable operation, energy efficiency, high automation and reliable safety, this set of equipment is well-suited for mass aluminum billet heat treatment.

What localized customized configurations can be made for homogenization furnaces exported overseas?
① Electrical system: replace local standard voltage and frequency (220V/60Hz, 415V/60Hz), complete English PLC touch interface, English alarm program;
② Power interface: The gas connector is compatible with NPT/DN European and American standards, and the cooling water pipe is matched with local pipeline specifications;
③ Compliance upgrade: Install CE safety protection, emergency stop interlock, high-temperature insulation protective shell, provide a complete set of English drawings, operation manuals, and export inspection materials;
④ Supporting accessories: Additional spare heating elements, fan bearings, and sealing strips are exported with the goods to reduce overseas procurement costs in the later stage.
