Product Overview

Hot air circulation box type natural gas homogenizing furnace designed exclusively for aluminum billet homogenization treatment.

System Description

This 20-ton natural gas homogenizing system includes a gas furnace, cooling chamber and integrated transport trolley. It rectifies uneven chemical composition and internal defects of aluminum billets, significantly enhancing the processing performance of finished aluminum products with a daily output of approximately 60 tons.

Furnace Configuration: Three temperature zones, six high-speed gas burners, three heat-resistant stainless steel circulation fans with dual-speed design
Temperature Performance: ±5℃ accuracy, maximum operating temperature up to 620℃
Heating Process: 4-6 hours complete heating cycle
Fuel Efficiency: Natural gas (8400 kcal/m³) consumption less than 30 m³ per ton of aluminum
Construction & Design

Robust furnace shell welded by steel profiles and plates, filled with high-performance refractory materials for superior heat preservation. Electric furnace door features sealing and locking structures to ensure airtight operation.

Cooling System

The matching 20-ton cooling chamber is equipped with cooling fans and water mist spraying devices, delivering a cooling rate higher than 300℃/h. Aluminum billets at 580℃ can be cooled to 100℃ in just 2 hours, maintaining the perfect solid solution state of 606 aluminum alloy.
